"Thank you" just doesn't seem to be enough to the JVFD team for saving the life of my husband on July 27th 2017 from his sudden heart attack. Your competency and stellar expertise will not be forgotten. My family and i will never forget what you have done for us as we know it could have been much worse. First time visitor to the site, all I can say is it is AWESOME! Clear, clean, very informative, and the pictures are great. Whoever is maintaining the site is doing a great job. To all the Firefighters and EMS personnel, you truly are heroes doing a great job and getting very little credit. I think you guys are the ones that came to my son's rescue on Monday, November 21, around 9:00 pm on rte. 23 & 146. He was in an auto accident in a Honda civic. It was a bad impact, but he refused to go to the trauma center with you. Just letting you know I made him go with me to York Hospital that night and he checked out fine. He only had a broken bone in his left hand. I have drilled it into my kids that seatbelts are very important. Thank God he listened. I really want to thank you guys for helping him that night. I'm so thankful that there are people willing to do such a tough job. God bless each and every one of you.

Hey, this site is great (I wanted to become a member and do EMS, but am not allowed). But I was wondering if there was an actual "arson expert" at the department, or if anyone knows someone who is. I'm doing a project for my forensic science class and need to interview someone in that area.
