Crews aboard Medic 792 and Rescue 751 joined other JVFC members and their neighbors in celebrating the grand opening of the Jarrettsville Creamery at 1747 W. Jarrettsville Road. Owned and operated by JVFC member Bill Stevenson and his wife Susan, the Creamery is a full-service ice cream parlor featuring their own homemade, hand-dipped ice cream, and a deli serving a variety of soups, sandwiches, panini, salads, and more. During the event, guests were able to get a close-up view of the fire company's apparatus, listen to live music, and, of course, enjoy some good food and great ice cream!
